3. Products & Natural Variations

We take great care to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

Many Moonaire pieces feature natural crystals, gemstones, pearls, or shell materials, which may contain variations in colour, texture, inclusions, or shape. These characteristics are part of their natural formation and are not considered defects.

Product images are intended as a guide. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to natural differences in materials or screen display settings.

Moonaire reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on this website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

International customers may be charged in their local currency by their bank or payment provider, which may apply its own exchange rates or fees.

Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable under Australian law.

Moonaire reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Orders

When placing an order with Moonaire, you confirm that:

  • the payment method used belongs to you or you have authorisation to use it
  • all information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Moonaire reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if we reasonably suspect:

  • fraudulent activity
  • unauthorised payment use
  • a breach of these Terms & Conditions

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers available at checkout, which may include:

  • Shopify Payments
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay or similar services

Moonaire does not store full credit card details.

All orders must be paid in full before they are processed and dispatched.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post for both domestic and international deliveries.

Delivery timeframes displayed at checkout are estimates only and may vary depending on location, postal service delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal periods.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Moonaire is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Moonaire is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

If a delivery issue occurs, customers should contact Australia Post directly using the tracking number provided.

Moonaire will assist where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee replacement for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

9. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Moonaire offers a 30-day returns and exchanges policy for unworn jewellery in original condition and packaging. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

Natural variations in gemstones or materials are not considered faults and are not eligible for return on that basis alone.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.

Your rights are also protected under Australian Consumer Law.

10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside the control of Moonaire.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, Moonaire may deduct shipping or handling costs from any refund where permitted by law.

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • the Moonaire brand name and logo
  • website design and layout
  • written content and product descriptions
  • photographs and graphics

is the intellectual property of Moonaire.
