From the moment your piece is chosen, we want its journey to you to feel considered.

Every Moonaire order is carefully prepared and packaged before being sent with tracked delivery and Signature on Delivery. Shipping options and your final rate will always be shown clearly at checkout.

Preparing Your Order

Your order will usually be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once it begins its journey, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking details.

During particularly busy periods or public holidays, a little more time may be needed. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your piece with care.

Delivery Within Australia

Australian orders are sent with tracked Australia Post delivery and Signature on Delivery.

Standard delivery begins from AUD $13.50, with the final rate reflecting the value of your order.

When your order reaches AUD $450, Standard delivery is complimentary.

Standard delivery generally takes 5–8 business days.

Express delivery begins from AUD $21.50 and generally takes 2–3 business days. Express remains a paid service regardless of order value.

International Delivery

Moonaire travels beyond Australia to selected destinations across New Zealand, Asia, North America, Europe, Africa and other international regions.

International Standard delivery begins from:

  • New Zealand — AUD $28.40
  • Asia — AUD $31.10
  • North America — AUD $33.55
  • Europe & Africa — AUD $38.90
  • Selected higher-cost international destinations — AUD $44.95

As the value of your order increases, the shipping rate may adjust to include the appropriate level of postal cover.

For larger orders, we’re pleased to offer complimentary Standard delivery from:

  • New Zealand — AUD $500
  • Asia — AUD $500
  • North America — AUD $500
  • Europe & Africa — AUD $600
  • Selected higher-cost international destinations — AUD $700

These thresholds are based on the total merchandise value of your order in Australian dollars.

International Express delivery is also available to selected destinations, beginning from AUD $45.40. Express remains a paid service at all order values.

A Little More Peace of Mind

Every Moonaire shipment includes Signature on Delivery.

For higher-value orders, appropriate Extra Cover is added automatically, so there is nothing additional you need to arrange.

When Standard delivery is complimentary, Moonaire also takes care of the applicable Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover costs.

It is a small part of making sure the piece you have chosen is cared for throughout its journey to you.

International Destinations

We currently deliver to selected destinations including:

Asia

China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

North America

United States and Canada.

Europe & Africa

Including the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and South Africa.

We also deliver to selected destinations including Mexico, Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Morocco.

Shipping availability can change according to carrier and destination restrictions. If your destination does not appear at checkout, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll see whether another arrangement may be available.

Currency

Our shipping rates and complimentary delivery thresholds are set in Australian dollars (AUD).

If you shop in another currency, the amount displayed at checkout may reflect the applicable currency conversion.

Your final shipping rate and eligibility for complimentary Standard delivery will be confirmed at checkout before payment.

Customs & Import Charges

For orders travelling internationally, your local customs authority may apply duties, taxes or import fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and sit outside Moonaire’s product and shipping prices. Where applicable, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Journey

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Please take a moment to check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods can occasionally affect a parcel’s journey in ways beyond our control.
